  • Consultancy: Procedures/Processes/Troubleshooting

  • Server and Computer Repair/Upgrades/Patching

  • Troubleshooting/Software Development/Web Development

Agreement does not cover cost of software/hardware/subscriptions. It is not an emergency out of hours support contract. Once block hours are exceeded, rates revert to the standard technical service charge.
